Frankie returned to Nethermoor on 10th June 2026, the winger had a stint in the academy before moving away to sign for FC Halifax Town.

The winger finished the 2025/26 season as Pontefract Collieries’ top scorer and Manager’s Player of the Season having scored 16 goals as they finished just outside of the play offs.

The winger signed his first professional contract with FC Halifax Town in August 2023.

He then spent most of the 2023/24 campaign out on loan with Pontefract Collieries before going on to make 13 senior appearances for the Shaymen.

Sinfield spent the second half of the 2025/26 season on loan with Hyde United.

At the end of that campaign Frankie was released by FC Halifax Town and joined Pontefract on a permanent basis where he made a big impression.
