LAST DAY for planning support

Thursday 13th November is the deadline for adding comments to our planning application to develop the ground and add further community facilities at Nethermoor.

We would like as many local fans as possible to add their comments of support to this application, to be considered by the planners who will decide whether the improvements to the ground and the addition of the new Community Building can go ahead.

Chairman Phil Rogerson gives his thoughts on the deadline: I would like to thank all those who have made the effort to post a supportive comment. If you haven’t got round to it yet, please do so today.”

We would value substantive comments of support from those who know the role we play in our local area and would like us to do more – as well as improving the facilities for all fans on matchdays.

You can view the application on the Leeds City Council Planning Portal.

Please note that comments submitted to the application earlier in the year are not counted towards this application – so please do re-submit your support if you haven’t already done so this time around.

There are two ways to add a comment to the application:

1. Create an account on the planning portal and submit a comment on there.  You may want to write your comment in another app, such as Microsoft Word, and paste it into the comment form.

2. Email your comments directly to Planning.Comments@leeds.gov.uk, with the subject ‘Guiseley AFC Ground Development’ and quoting REFERENCE 14/05558.

Thank you again to everybody who has taken the time to support our application.
