Gavin Rothery
Leeds born Rothery progressed through his home town’s youth system and was named in the England U19 squad in February 2006 before agreeing a one year contract with Leeds in 2007. Subsequently released in April 2008, Rothery moved to York City making three first team appearances before joining Harrogate Town in December 2008.
Following a successful trial he joined Carlisle United in January 2009 and played six times for the first team and also spent a short time on loan at Barrow before being released in June 2010.

Chris Holland (Player/Assistant Manager)
One time Preston, Newcastle and Notts Forest midfielder Chris Holland has been elevated to Assistant Manager at Nethermoor. Chris has a wealth of knowledge having played at most levels during his long career and is renowned for his silky skills and cultured approach to playing football in has been a brutal environment at times. He has been in the Nethermoor dugout for a season now and has been known to make an appearance on the sub’s bench if needed.

Danny Boshell
Boshell started his career with Oldham Athletic and spent six years at Boundary Park before finally leaving the club in 2005 after a loan spell at Bury, having turned out seventy times in the league for the Latics, scoring twice.
He signed for Stockport County and played thirty-three times in the league, scoring once before being released at the end of the 2005/06 season. He signed for Grimsby Town a couple of games into the following season after having a pre-season trial.
He spent four years at Blundell Park before signing for Chesterfield until the end of the season. After appearing nine times for the club in the closing stages of the 2009/10 season, Boshell was released at the end of the season to join the Lions. He is an assured passer who is composed on the ball and is often a calming influence in the midfield.

James Booker
A recent summer capture from Leeds United, where he featured regularly in their Reserve team, James looks set for a bright future in the game. He is talented, quick and can play in defence as well as midfield.

Ciaran Toner
Ciaran is a very experienced Northern Ireland international. He began his career at Tottenham Hotspur before plying his trade for Leyton Orient, Lincoln City, Grimsby Town, Rochdale and Harrogate Town. His two full international appearances came in 2003 when he played against Italy and Spain. Ciaran also has 17 appearances for the Northern Ireland u-21 team and has scored twice for them.
