Vinnie returns in new role |
 |
Guiseley AFC are pleased to be
able to announce the Vince
Brockie has been appointed as
Reserve Team Manager, he will
take up the appointment on his
return from holiday at the end
of next week.
Vince, the former influential
midfielder with Guiseley's first
team played professionally for
Leeds United, after joining them
from Greenock Morton in his
native Scotland, and Doncaster
Rovers. He is a UEFA B Licensed
Coach who has made no secret of
his desire to return to the club
in a coaching capacity. He
played at Wembley with Guiseley
in the FA Vase final.
The 39 year-old was a schoolmate
of former Glasgow Celtic

of his peers declared Vince the
best player in the school!

manager at Harrogate Railway
where he took them to a second
round proper FA Cup appearance
against Mansfield Town which
they narrowly lost 3-2. He
became manager at Railway after

roles with clubs at a higher
level than Guiseley he has

where he was a great crowd
favourite with his never-say-die
attitude and great skills.
The Club would like to wish him
well in his new role. Vince will
welcome all old and new Reserve
squad players to training on
Tuesday, July 7th. |
