By Public Transport - WY Metro

Plan a Journey> Sports Venues> Nethermoor>

Directions from Guiseley Station

  • On alighting from train exit into station car park and walk diagonally across it towards the path between hedges that leads to a terrace of stone built houses
  • Walk to the end of the terrace and turn right into Otley Road
  • Continue on for 200 yards and Nethermoor is on the right

Walk from the station to Nethermoor takes approximately five minutes

By Road

Guiseley AFC is situated on the A65 9.5 miles NW of Leeds and 7.5 NE of Bradford

From M62/M1 and South and East

  • Via M1 to M62-J28 follow Leeds Ring Road to junction with A65 at Horsforth roundabout
    Left onto A65 through Rawdon to Guiseley Centre on Otley Road following signs for Ilkley/Otley
  • Keeping  Morrison’s on your left,
  • Take the first left after the railway bridge onto Netherfield Road. You will see a large car park with a clock statue within it. Parking here is free and all you need to do is cross the bridge and you will see the ground.
  • Approx distance 18 miles
  • Note: Bowling Club car park is members only so no parking for football visitors

Alternatively follow the same instruction up to Morrison’s, carry straight on at the traffic lights and the ground is on your right with slightly more limited parking.

From A1 and the North

  • Exit A1 at J47 and take the A59 towards Harrogate which eventually becomes the A658
  • Follow this Pool and then take A659 towards Otley
  • Go through Otley and take the A6038 towards Menston, straight ahead at roundabout with Fox pub on left on to A65 to next roundabout with Harry Ramsdens on left
  • Follow A65 towards Leeds and Nethermoor is 200 metres on the left
  • Approx distance 20 miles

Alternatively follow the instructions up to Harry Ramsdens on the left, follow A65 and then turn left at Ings Lane, follow that road up to the end and then turn right. You will see a large car park with a large clock statue in it. Cross over the railway bridge and you will see the ground.

From Skipton and the West

  • Take A65 towards Addingham and Ilkley, passing through Ilkley and Burley in Wharfedale to Menston
  • Then follow directions as From A1 and the North to ground
  • Approx distance 17 miles
