Following on from the departure of outgoing Co-Manager Kyle O’Reilly, Guiseley wasted no time in adding to their backroom staff with some very highly skilled coaches.

The new restructure will see former Head of Youth Development, Ashley Thompson move into an Assistant Managers role having done an outstanding job last season with the development squad.

Guiseley have added two UEFA B license coaches to the backroom roster with Fraser Green who has worked for several years for Huddersfield Men’s Academy and with Huddersfield Town Ladies in 13/14 and Paul Evans who has worked for Bradford City Men’s Academy along with several semi-professional clubs come into the set up with great experience. Both will join up with the club during pre-season.

Jordan Hartley who has worked at Tottenham Hotspurs Ladies, coached at Leeds Trinity University and has run his own football academy will replace Thompson as the new Head of Youth Development.

Zohaib Pasha a Strength and Conditioning MSc student at Leeds Beckett University will lead on all pre-season fitness testing and conditioning ensuring the players will be put through their paces in the off-season.

Ross Wiggett will join the backroom medical staff as the clubs second Physio.

Guiseley plan to announce further additions to their backroom staff in the up and coming days but are still looking to add a second goalkeeping coach and 1-2 analysts to work with the first and second team.
