Chester at Nethermoor tomorrow

Guiseley host the Blue Square Bet North Champions, Chester, at Nethermoor tomorrow (Saturday, 13th).

After Chester secured the title last Saturday, Guiseley know that if they are to gain promotion to the Blue Square Bet Premier they will have to do so by winning the play-offs, hence the last few remaining fixtures will provide a good chance to try and gain some momentum.

In the last two matches Guiseley drew 1-1 with both Stalybridge Celtic and Altrincham, Josh Wilson notching for the Lions in both encounters.

Tomorrow Guiseley will have the chance to gain some revenge on their opponents, who inflicted a 4-0 defeat at the Exacta Stadium earlier this season, in what was an impressive performance from the home side.

The Lions have had a tough run of fixtures in a short space of time recently but after tomorrow’s game Steve Kittrick’s men will have a week before travelling to The Shay to take on FC Halifax Town on Saturday 20th April with a 3 pm kick-off.

The following Tuesday they make the short trip to Harrogate Town before welcoming Hinckley United on Saturday, April 27th for the final League game of the season.

Tomorrow’s game is segregated but only all ticket for away fans. Home fans can still pay on the turnstiles, although we recommend people arrive as early as possible, with admission just £10 for adults, £6 for concessions and £4 for 12-to-16 year-olds.
